We've partnered with Mirra to bring home try-on to SELFE.
We know that finding the right fit and feel matters, especially when you're shopping online. Now you can take your time, try your pieces at home, and keep only what feels like you.
HOW IT WORKS
- Add to cart: Select TRY AT HOME when adding your pieces to the cart.
- A gentle hold: We'll place a temporary hold on your card for the order total to reserve your pieces. It will appear as pending, not paid. Nothing is charged until you decide what to keep.
- Try at home: Once your order arrives, you'll have 3 days to live in your pieces and find your fit.
- Make it yours: We'll send access to your Customer Portal, where you can finalise your order in a few simple steps. You're only charged for what you keep.
RETURNS
Need to send something back? Request a return in your Customer Portal and we'll email you a prepaid label.

Returns should be posted within 3 days of finalising your order. If you return everything from your order, a $12 restocking fee applies.

What is the restocking fee?
A $12 charge that applies only if you return every item in your order. It covers shipping, handling, and return processing, and lets us keep offering home try-on. Keep at least one item and it doesn't apply.
Where is this available?
Currently in Australia only, and on full-priced items (no sale).
How do I complete my order?
In the Mirra Customer Portal, where you confirm the items you want to keep and request a return if needed.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter it at checkout on your initial order, before completing your details. The discount applies to the final amount you pay for whatever you keep.
How does the authorisation work?
At checkout we authorise your card for the order total to confirm the payment method is valid. This is a hold, not a charge, so no funds leave your account. It appears as pending until you decide what to keep.
When will I be charged?
Only after you finalise your order in the Customer Portal, and only for the items you keep.
