RETURNS
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be received within 14 days of delivery and returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Returned items must not be worn, washed, altered or damaged, and must be free from makeup marks, deodorant or scent. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all refunds and change-of-mind returns.
How to Submit a Return
To initiate a return, please email customercare@selfestudios.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved in line with our policy, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is deemed faulty.
All returned items are assessed upon arrival at SELFE headquarters. You will be notified once your return has been processed.
Full-Price Items
For full-price purchases, we offer the following options within 14 days of delivery, subject to eligibility:

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. -

Complimentary size exchanges are offered via store credit. Shipping fees apply to the new order unless it qualifies for complimentary shipping on orders over $250.
Promotional Periods (Full-Price Items on Promotion)
During promotional periods, full-price items are eligible for:

Refunds are not available during promotional periods unless the item is deemed faulty.
Sale / Marked-Down Items

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, store credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Size Exchanges
We offer complimentary size exchanges via store credit, allowing you to reorder the correct size with confidence.
Shipping fees apply to the new order unless it qualifies for complimentary shipping on orders over $250.
International Returns
All return policies above apply to international orders.
Please note that international returns for change of mind are arranged and paid for by the customer. Duties, taxes and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
We take great pride in the quality of our garments. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact customercare@selfestudios.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
Faulty items will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law, and an appropriate resolution will be offered. Where a fault is confirmed, SELFE will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
