BFCM Sale – All Sales Final & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping the Selfe Studios BFCM Sale! We’re thrilled to help you elevate your style with our timeless, sustainable pieces.

Please read our returns policy carefully, as it differs from our standard returns process during this event.

 

All Sales Final

All items purchased during the BFCM Sale are FINAL SALE and non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale items.

 

Exceptions

In rare cases, items that are defective or damaged upon arrival may be eligible for a return or exchange. If you receive an item that is defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

 

Order Issues or Damaged Goods

If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items, damaged goods, or a shipping error, please contact us immediately at customercare@selfestudios.com.au

We will review the situation and arrange for a resolution, such as a replacement or refund for damaged goods.

 

Exchanges & Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges or cancellations during the BFCM Sale due to the high volume of orders. Please be sure to review your items carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that shipping times and delivery schedules may be impacted due to high order volumes during this period. We’re doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

You may return your Selfe Studios order for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all original tags attached. As all items undergo quality control prior to dispatch, any returned items that are damaged or show signs of wear or have their original tags removed will not be accepted.

Please contact customercare@selfestudios.com.au for your RA number before submitting your return.

Following receipt of the RA number, please proceed to package the return & send to the advised address.

The goods will be assessed upon arrival to head office and you will be notified of the outcome.

Please note we do not offer refunds on sale items unless deemed faulty. For any sale items returned you are welcome to an exchange or credit note.
