RETURNS
We want you to feel confident in every SELFE purchase.
If for any reason your order is not quite right, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, garments must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Returned items must not be worn, washed, altered or damaged, and must be free from makeup marks, deodorant or scent. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.
How to Submit a Return
To request a return, please email customercare@selfestudios.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved in line with our policy, you will receive return instructions.
Approved domestic returns are issued with a printable Australia Post return label for easy lodgement at your local post office.
All returns are assessed upon arrival at SELFE headquarters and customers will be notified once their return has been processed.

Full-price purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for:

For refunds, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Complimentary domestic size exchanges are available for Australian customers.
Promotional Purchases
During promotional periods, full-price items purchased on promotion are eligible for:

Refunds are not available on promotional purchases unless deemed faulty.
Try At Home Returns
Pieces ordered through Try at Home are managed separately. To return an item, finalise your order and request the return in the Mirra Customer Portal. A $12 return shipping fee applies. All other terms, including the try-on window and restocking fee, are set out in our Try at Home info page.
Sale / Marked-Down Items
Sale and marked-down items are eligible for:

Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund, return, store credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.

International Returns
All return policies above apply to international orders.
International returns for change of mind are arranged and paid for by the customer. Duties, taxes and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
We take great pride in the quality of our garments. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact customercare@selfestudios.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
Faulty items will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law and an appropriate resolution will be offered. Where a fault is confirmed, SELFE will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
