SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If for any reason there is an issue with your order you will be notified within this timeframe.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

SELFE sends all orders via Interparcel. Upon receiving your parcel you will be required to sign. In the case that no one is available to sign, the parcel will be left at the closest post office.

Australia shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via Interparcel at a flat rate of $8. Interparcel ensures your parcel is delivered in the most timely manner. All orders are processed and dispatched by SELFE within 1-2 business days. For delivery time frames please see below:

International shipping

SELFE offers international shipping at a flat rate of $45. All international orders are shipped via Interparcel. Please allow 10-12 business days for delivery.

When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

SELFE cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery dates supplied by SELFE are a best estimate only and SELFE will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.

Please note that all international online returns for change of mind will be at the customer's expense.
