General Shipping Information
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Should there be any issue with your order, you will be contacted within this timeframe.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
SELFE ships all orders via Interparcel. A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office or collection point.

Australia Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping Australia-wide on orders over $250.
For orders under $250, a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $10 applies.
All domestic orders are shipped via Interparcel and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

International Shipping
SELFE offers international shipping to the following destinations:

New Zealand: AUD $18 (flat rate)

Rest of World: AUD $40 (flat rate)
All international orders are shipped via Interparcel. Please allow 10–12 business days for delivery from dispatch.
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. SELFE is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred during customs processing.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. SELFE is not liable for delays caused by customs or delivery partners.
Please note that international returns for change of mind are at the customer’s expense.
