SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days from the date of delivery. All items must not be damaged, altered or washed and have no makeup stains to be eligible for a return.

To submit your return, please log in to your SELFE Customer Account. Find the order you wish to return and submit the return. Ince your request is assessed, you will receive an email notification with shipping label enclosed. Please attach label to the parcel for courier collection. 

Upon receipt of return to SELFE headquarters, your item will be assessed and you will be notified of the outcome.
